Announcing that a brand new mail list has been granted. This list is the SDRoots-L and is intended as a mail list for the entire state of South Dakota. This list is, mainly, for researchers that do not know which county their ancestor's were from and was set up as part of SDCoUnk. But, of course, others may use it as well.
