Look-Up Volunteers
Guidelines
When e-mailing a request, please be courteous and thank the
volunteer for their time. One request per month per person, please.
Remember, stamps, time, mileage, etc are not free. If you request copies of documents, photographs of
tombstones, etc., please be reasonable and do not assume volunteers will send
you documents free of charge. Many documents can not be
obtained by the look-up volunteer, you must write to the
appropriate address, and send your money for the document. Anyone not
abiding by these few rules of courteousness simply can not be helped by the
volunteers. If you have any questions regarding these guidelines please contact
me,
not the look-up volunteers.
