Tombstone Photography
Tombstone photos can be helpful
to you in your research . The stones have been read
to the best of our ability, but due to age and the condition of some stones,
they can be
very difficult to read.
June 1, 2004, photographing tombstones in Lyman County was started by myself and my grandson, Morgan Speck. It has proven to be quite an undertaking so we are welcoming anyone to photograph a Lyman County cemetery in their area. If this sounds like something you would be interested in and have a digital camera, take the pictures (making sure no weeds or flowers are covering any of the information) from a distance of 3-4 feet.
