Looking for information on the Carl SCHULTZ b Apr 25, 1864 in Germany d Oct 26, 1917 in Spink Co, SD m Mary Louise Katharine ROEBER on June 11, 1890 in Spink CO, SD. His parents may be my Carl SCHULTZ and Henrietta KLUGE. His sister may be my great grandmother Anna BUSCH/SCHULTZ BUEHL b 1866 who m Joseph G. BUEHL b 1861 and lived in Des Moines Co, Burlington,IA. Anna and Joseph had a daughter, Bertha BUEHL, who lived in SD in the 1940-1950's after she married Unknown. Any possible clues appreciated!

Looking for any information on John (Jack) L. Weber and wife Anna (Heinemann). They resided in Spink County from app.1890-1900, lived in Conde from app. 1940. Had 3 foster children: Lyman Thiebolt, Ben Wollmuth and Leona Motta. Anna died in 1947, buried in Houghton. Can anyone tell me cemetery name/info in Houghton?

A Ogle and Company, he settled in Doland, Spink County, SD in November 1883. He is my GG uncle. I am interested in doing some more research on him and his family in Spink County.

I am seeking any information on Charles Baker or Backer I have no dates of birth or death and his wife Emelia Louise Getsman, born Oct 23, 1847, in Brandenburg, Germany. Died Mar. 5, 1929, at Crandon, Spinks County South Dakota. They were married at Juneau, Dodge Co. Wisconsin. There was a daughter unknown. I am seeking information regarding the surname SEAMAN in Spink County, SD. My great great grandmother was Ida Evaline Seaman, b. 04 Aug 1852 in Randolph Township, Crawford County, PA, m. Henry Wescott Kellogg 12 Dec 1871 location unknown (most likely PA), d. 12 Aug 1928 in Hawarden, Souix County, Iowa. Her obituary from the Hawarden, Iowa newspaper dated 16 Aug, 1928 lists surviving siblings as follows:

Seek info on BERNARD CHRISTIAN and GERTRUDE (BICKFORD) HAGMANN, and their descendants or other family members. GERTRUDE BICKFORD was born Oct 1868 in Freeborn Co, Minn and went to South Dakota to teach country school in Spink County. She married BERNARD HAGMANN in 1893. Supposedly, they are buried in the Greenlawn Cemetery at Redfield. In 1966, Mrs MARGARET KONO of Cresbard, SD was listed as a daughter. GERTRUDE BICKFORD HAGMANN is the daughter of HANNIBAL and MARIA (COLBY) BICKFORD, and I am researching the BICKFORD family descendants. Any help would be appreciated. Richard Nicholas Bickell, Homestead 1880 m. Mary A. (Maria Rosalie BESSINGER 1884 in Mellette. She reportedly taught school in Mellete and that is how they met. They removed eventually removed to Orcus Island, WA.
Richard and Marie Churchill with their six children moved to Richfield Township, Spink County, SD in 1906. They had a farm just south of Doland.
