Doug Henderson Sun Aug 16, 1998 I am looking for any information about Alvin Jennings HENDERSON, b. 26 Dec 1894 in Thurman, Iowa, d. 10 Mar 1966 in Sioux Falls, SD. He lived in Yankton, SD as a barber. His brother, Clarke HENDERSON was born 1Nov 1903 in NE and died 4 May 1975 in Tilden, NE. Their father, Philip Preston HENDERSON, moved out to NE sometime around the turn of the century from McLean Co, IL.
Ronald M. Upton Wed Feb18 18:56 1998 I am looking for information on the HEENAN, SHUFELT, MALOY and FOX names.My grandfather was George P. Heenan born 1895. His father was George A. Heenan and his mother was Amelia Heenan Schuflet. My grandfather had a sister, Helen, who married Everett George Mercer. I have a letter from my Mother, Patricia M. Heenan Upton, as follows. I went to Yankton S.D. Sacred Heart, Cemetery, to visit where your great grandfather is buried. There were no dates on the stone. I don't know if the cemetery has any records or not. There were stones from Peter, James and John, I quess they are brothers of George. Then there is some relation name of Fox - on the stone it said James Fox, Born - CO. Armack, Ireland, Dect 17, 1815 died Jun 11, 1894, his wife Mary born Co Down, Ireland , Aug 15,18125 died Jan 17, 1913.Bill Maloy's mother my great Aunt was some relation to the Foxe's. I have found the Heenan and Fox names in the Sacred Heart listing but can not make full connections.
