1999 Julius Emil Foerster was b. Yankton SD 20 March 1873. His father was John Foerster.
His mother Elise Braun.He married Mildred Petrie on 26 July 1899, probably in Yankton,
although could be Souix City, IA Any records of siblings? Any information on parents?

1998 I am trying to research the Wallock surname. I am specifically interested in finding
out information on Jacob Wallock (last name could also bespelled Walock, Waloch, or
Walloch). Jacob Wallock married Eva PLACZEK in Poland or Germany about 1860. We have
reason to believe he immigrated to the US around 1880 or 1882. We do not have any records
about where he immigrated from, but know Jacob died in Lesterville, Yankton, SD in January
of 1919. We know his parents were Adam Wallock and Katerina Mackovich but we have no other
information about any of his (Jacob's) siblings. I have read in the Yankton County Book
that there was a Joseph Wallock who son was August Wallock who was a Yankton County
Commissioner for many years. We have reason to believe from an Aunt that Jacob had a
brother named Joseph, but to date have not been able to link our Jacob Wallock with this
Joseph--who we found on the 1900 census. I have also requested a death certificate for
this Joseph Wallock from the state of South Dakota, but their files did not find anyone
matching. If any one has any information regarding this family and could link these two
names together,could you please contact me.

PETERSON, Amanda--maiden name Loe-.Married Rudy Peterson and owned a farm in Wakonda. They
had one son Robert Peterson - born about 1919/20. Robert married a young lady named Ruth.
Robert may have been a cattle broker in Yankton or Vermillion. Seeking any help on these

parents/birthplace of Albert BINDER, died 16 Oct 1938, Yankton. Born in Austrian Bohemia
according to the 1910 census. Is there a way to find his death certificate? The info may
be there. Also, his wife, Annie (PEKAR) BINDER, died 18 Jan 1918, Yankton. Albert was
naturalized in 1880, arrived in US in 1878. Need info on how he got here and all possible
info for a family project.
